Our Shipping Policies

Please allow 1-4 Business Days to receive your order.  However, there might be exceptions and circumstances beyond our control that may cause a delay in your delivery date such natural disasters and bad weather! 

ORDER PROCESSING: Orders are normally processed within 3- 5 business days,  excluding  weekends and holidays, (high quantity demand may cause a slight processing delay). Order Processing Time is in addition to Shipping and Delivery Time.

Customer Responsibility: Please ensure that you have provided the correct shipping address during the checkout process - We recommend double checking your shipping address prior to submitting your order.  Please ensure that you have chosen your preferred payment method.  Once your order has been submitted, and the order processing has begun, we may not be able to accommodate your request  to update your shipping address or change the payment method. For peace of mind to our customers, Crown3d Beauti3s, LLC does offer insurance on packages shipped with courier USPS in the event of lost or damage. 

Wrong Delivery Address: If your order is delivered to the incorrect shipping address you provided, we cannot reship a replacement order to an updated address unless the previous order is returned to us in new condition with all intact within seven (7) days of confirmed carrier delivery to the  incorrect shipping address. If the merchandise isn't returned to us, in new condition with all  intact,  within seven (7) days of confirmed carrier delivery to incorrect address, we reserve the right to not accept the return. Any approved Reshipment cost is the sole responsibility of the customer.  We cannot reissue a refund for orders shipped to the incorrect address caused by the customer.


Lost Delivery Orders: If delivery has been confirmed for your package via the shipping carrier, we cannot send out a replacement package  once the delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If your package has been confirmed as being delivered to the correct address you provided at checkout, but it’s determined to be lost, please file a claim within 48-hours with the delivery carrier and contact us with 48-hours with the claim number they provided you with. You may use the ‘Contact Us’ link on our home page or email us at: crownedbeauties23@gmail.com. It’s important that you provide us with your lost-claim number so  that  we can file a claim for your lost INSURED package in order to reship a replacement to you. Reshipment has the same order processing time as your initial order.

Taxes/Fees Liability: Our company is based in the United States of America; as such, we bear no Tax liabilities for Any fees associated with Taxes beyond the operating state for Crown3d Beauti3s, LLC; nor, Custom or Import Taxes; nor any associated VAT Taxes on any goods for any reasons.
